Monroe County Cycles is a motorcycle‑only dealership and service center specializing in off‑road motorcycles, motocross, and competitive racing. We are seeking motivated technicians ranging from entry‑level to Master Technicians who want to grow and learn in a focused dirt-bike environment.

The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing motorcycles, including engine work, valve adjustments, electrical diagnostics, and suspension tuning, with exposure to traditional and electric bikes.

Formación

• Experience with motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs.
• Strong interest in off-road motorcycles, motocross, and racing.
• Familiarity with Husqvarna, GASGAS, KTM, RFN, and other off-road brands.
• Experience with engine rebuilds, valve adjustments, electrical diagnostics, and general motorcycle repair.
• Knowledge of electric motorcycles and their systems is a plus.
• Suspension knowledge and WP products is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair motorcycles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs.
• Rebuild engines and adjust valves as needed.
• Digitally diagnose electrical systems and diagnose faults.
• Tuning, race prep, and suspension servicing for performance improvements.
• Work independently while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Monroe County Cycles (MCC) is looking for a motivated, dependable Motorcycle Service Technician to join our growing team!

We are seeking applicants ranging from experienced Master Technicians to entry-level mechanics who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and build a career in the motorcycle industry.

Monroe County Cycles is a MOTORCYCLE-ONLY dealership and service center with a heavy focus on off-road motorcycles, motocross (MX), and competitive racing.

Our dealership specializes in motorcycles built for the dirt, from motocross and enduro machines to the growing world of electric off-road motorcycles.

As a WP Suspension Service Center, we also provide professional suspension maintenance, repairs, tuning, and performance services for riders looking to get the most out of their machines.

We are a TWO-WHEEL-ONLY shop! No ATVs, side-by-sides, or cruisers. Our focus is motorcycles, particularly off-road and MX racing.

From routine maintenance and complete engine rebuilds to race preparation and suspension performance, our goal is to provide exceptional service and quality workmanship.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
