Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment equipment in homes and businesses. You will work with water softeners and drinking water systems, diagnosing issues and providing reliable service.
The role offers a full-time schedule with a 4-day work week after training, competitive hourly pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match. Training and certifications through Water Quality Association are available.

As a Culligan Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in the installation, service, and repair of our products and systems in customer homes and/or businesses. Our products includewater softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for challenging water conditions.
Experience: Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on technical/plumbing experience is highly preferred. Must be willing to learn on an ongoing basis.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, basic math proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Traits: Dependable, organized, and customer-focused with a professional, friendly, and trustworthy approach. Ability to build customer confidence by clearly communicating equipment status, service recommendations, and solutions in a way that customers can easily understand.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including the capacity to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment or products (ranging from 50 to over 150 lbs).
