Store - DEKALB, IL

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and finding products, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support store operations.

1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
2. Provide a quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions according to standards.
3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
7. Ensure merchandise recovery, returns, and store maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
9. Support shrink and safety programs.
10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance.
11. Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks like lifting and reaching.
• Work involves outdoor tasks, some outdoor work, and work in climate-controlled or non-climate-controlled areas.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
