Job summary

Tokyo Joes is seeking a Service Team Member in Washington, DC to greet guests, take orders at the POS, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in service. You will assist with expediting meals, delivering to dine-in and third-party delivery guests, and attending to guest needs with a friendly attitude.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and contributing to a welcoming dining environment. This position offers growth opportunities while you gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

• Ability to take accurate orders and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and positively engage guests

• Checking on guests, bussing tables, taking care of guests' needs


• Cleaning and stocking to keep the restaurant looking beautiful
