Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time service team member at our Plant City, FL location. You will help customers shop, ensure a fast, friendly checkout, and assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, support omnichannel processes, and contribute to store recovery to keep our shelves in-stock and inviting. Training includes cross-discipline framing in some roles.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as required

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
