Store - VEGAS-LAKE MEAD, NV

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Helping customers shop, locate products, and providing solutions
  2. Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience; executing cash handling to standards
  3. Engaging customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and completing enrollments
  4. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  5. Assisting with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
  6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  7. Completing merchandise recovery and store maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
  8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
  9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
  10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies for legal compliance
  11. Interacting respectfully with others, remaining positive, and promoting the company's values
  12. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes, using ladders or equipment to access high shelves
  • Some outdoor work, work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
