Job Details

Location: Store - GAINESVILLE, FL

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support various store operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
  2. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions properly.
  3. Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
  4. Educate customers on VOC surveys.
  5. Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
  7. Maintain store recovery, merchandise return, and stock levels.
  8. Support store safety, shrink, and compliance programs.
  9. Interact respectfully with customers and team members; serve as a role model.
  10. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in climate-controlled and outdoor settings.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Additional Information

Must be at least 16 years old. Compliance with legal and company requirements is mandatory.
