As a Service Team Leader within our Financial Planning & Core Wealth department, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of service professionals dedicated to supporting our branch offices and clients.
In this role, you'll blend people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution to ensure your team delivers exceptional service while contributing to key business objectives. You'll coach and develop associates, champion a positive and inclusive team culture, lead important departmental initiatives, and collaborate with partners across the firm to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of service associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive team performance by monitoring service metrics, managing workflows, and ensuring exceptional support for branch offices and clients.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent through effective hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Lead and support departmental initiatives, process improvements, and change management efforts that align with firm and division priorities.
Build strong partnerships across the firm, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and enhance branch, client, and associate experiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
3 years of leadership experience in financial services, or a combination of financial services and leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive change, improve processes, and manage competing priorities.
Strong client service focus with the ability to build partnerships and influence outcomes across the organization.
5 years of relevant experience.
Broad knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, or service operations.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
