Pecheles Ford Toyota in Washington, NC is seeking a Service Support Specialist to assist our Service Department with customer transport, detailing, and lot upkeep. This hands-on role supports daily operations and ensures a smooth customer experience while vehicles are serviced.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting customers to and from their homes or businesses while their vehicles are being serviced.
• Maintaining a timely and efficient shuttle schedule.
• Assisting customers in and out of the shuttle vehicle.
• Communicating with the Service Department regarding shuttle schedules or delays.
• Inspecting and reporting maintenance needs for shuttle vehicles.
• Cleaning, detailing, and preparing new, used, and customer vehicles.
• Washing, waxing, vacuuming, and cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet Pecheles quality standards.
• Moving vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas.
• Coordinating loaner vehicle check-in and check-out.
• Placing stock tags and buyer's guides in vehicles.
• Fueling vehicles as needed.
• Keeping dealership lots, driveways, sidewalks, and work areas clean and organized.
• Removing trash and debris from dealership grounds.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations.

What You'll Do

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Typical schedule between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs).
