Williams Auto Group in Vestal, NY is seeking a Service Support Associate to help keep dealership operations running smoothly and deliver excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining vehicle appearance, moving inventory, and supporting service and sales teams.

A fast-paced environment rewards reliability and teamwork. The position emphasizes organization, customer interaction, and attention to vehicle presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Move and organize vehicles throughout the lot and service areas.
• Assist the Service Department with vehicle transportation and customer support.
• Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation.
• Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles.
• Drive vehicles safely on and off dealership property.
• Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized.
• Support Automotive Sales and Service teams with daily operational tasks.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
