Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Case Worker Service and Support Administrator (SSA) for a full-time position. The SSA will develop and coordinate person-centered service plans, helping individuals access and coordinate services from multiple resources while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and board policies.

Qualifications include an associate degree; a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate degree; a bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience coordinating services are preferred.
• Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, as well as First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate person-centered service plans that promote self-determination and individual choice.
• Assist individuals and families in identifying, accessing, and coordinating services from various resources while ensuring compliance with laws and board policies.
• Complete probationary period and maintain required certifications and driving record.
