Working Days: 5 days per week (Total 50 hours, rest days will be on a weekday)
Working Hours: 10:30 – 21:30 hrs (1 hr break)
Meals: 2 meals provided
Salary: $2600 - $3500 and onwards depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Staff recruitment, training, and supervision: Applies to both full-time and part-time staff. Organize regular appraisals, recommend for confirmation/promotion, plan staff duty rosters, handle staffing issues, manage staff behavior, etiquette, and grooming.
- Managing budgets: Provide monthly expenditure estimates and ensure budgets are maintained.
- Compliance matters: Ensure adherence to licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Promoting and marketing the business: Gather customer feedback, suggest promotions, upsell products, and organize events to boost sales and provide high service standards.
- Managing stock: Order supplies within budget, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Handling customers: Address inquiries and complaints promptly, train staff in reservations, greeting, advising customers, and service recovery, ensuring high service quality.
- Finance/Admin/HR tasks: Maintain financial and statistical records, set up SOPs, oversee paperwork, and ensure accuracy in submissions.
- Roaster and manpower planning: Plan staff rosters and manpower needs.
- Managing sales: Achieve monthly sales targets, assess profitability, and improve daily operations and brand development.
- Management role: Collaborate with management to maximize profitability and brand image. Provide weekly operation reports and solutions.
- Adhoc tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
