Job Description

The Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by supporting the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors, supervising and coaching staff to ensure excellent service and sales.
• Resolve customer concerns proactively, in line with company policies, in partnership with the store manager.
• Participate in training new hires and current employees on company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Partner with management to set expectations, coach staff, and foster an engaging environment that encourages retention and talent development.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, maintaining standards and store procedures.
• Work with store management to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervise store team in the absence of management.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
