Take the lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as our Service Supervisor for the compressed air commercial segment. You will oversee the local service function across the full life cycle of our plant air centrifugal (PAC) compressed air equipment, driving service excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Service Technicians responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining PAC equipment, rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, and related compressed air system components throughout the region. You will oversee the complete equipment service life cycle-from installation and start-up through ongoing maintenance and repair-while using your mechanical aptitude and field-service leadership experience to keep customers' operations running reliably. As the operational core of the Customer Center, you will partner with Sales to grow the PAC business, collaborate with Service Coordination to streamline execution, and build a high-performing, customer-focused technician team. You will also take ownership of the Service P&L, ensuring the operation meets its financial and performance goals while continuing to raise the bar for service quality.
