Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house, overseeing the service team that provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers; ensuring high service levels and efficiency.

This middle-management role involves hiring, training and evaluating staff, driving a company vehicle to client sites and supporting driver safety and route compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active driver’s license and DOT requirements applicable to vehicle type.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
• Training or instructor experience is a plus.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Experience working in a sales related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $61,000 - $78,000/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
