Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tampa, FL to manage day-to-day field operations, train technicians, and ensure safe, high-quality service. You’ll oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and repairs while upholding customer satisfaction and safety standards.

You will report to the General Manager in Tampa and lead a team of technicians across the territory, emphasizing communication, efficiency, and leadership in a dynamic environment.
