Job summary

Flix Brewhouse is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in Des Moines to help manage daily operations and develop team members. You'll work with the management team to create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant and cinema environment.

You should be 21+ with restaurant or customer service experience, an understanding of safety, sanitation, and alcohol service rules, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to work extended shifts.

Qualifications

Salary: $18-$22/hour, includingbenefit package

As the Service, or "Front of House", Supervisoryou will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests byassisting the management team in managing daily operations and developing team members. You'll have the opportunity to learn about financial and operations performance, as well as guest experience, and use your problem-solving skills to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you shouldbe 21 years or older and have some experience working in the restaurant or customer service industry, with a strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements. You should be self-motivated, positive, and passionate about your work, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time, and have a track record of creating a positive work culture and maintaining low turnover.
