Flix Brewhouse is seeking a bar team member to craft beverages and provide welcoming service to guests in Des Moines, IA. You will mix up craft brews, pour beers, and engage with guests to create a memorable experience.

Candidates should have food handling and alcohol service certifications, enjoy fast-paced nights and weekends, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. We welcome diverse applicants and provide opportunities for growth.

WHAT YOU DO

In this role, you're the master of good vibes at the bar. Your mission: mix up crafty concoctions and pour craft brews to ensure our guests have a great time!

WHAT YOU NEED

To ace this role, you've got to meet the age requirement for serving alcohol, and you should be certified in food handling and alcohol service, following all local regulations. Your superpower? A gift for gab and a passion for crafting unforgettable guest experiences. Bonus points if you've got a knack for handling the hustle and bustle of a busy bar and a soft spot for craft beer. Oh, and being a team player who's up for nights and weekends is key!Lastly, having the strength to carry up to 50lbs and stand tall for extended periods, are all required!
