The Service Superintendent oversees cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to OBR quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with clients and associates, and close coordination with engineering, project management, purchasing, and Service Management to exceed customer expectations.
Extensive travel is required depending on project location.
High school diploma, or equivalent
At least 1 – 2 years of experience in the field, performing cooling tower services.
Knowledge of Windows based applications.
Knowledge and application of safety standards through OSHA training and experience.
