Qualifications

• High school or similar education is required and 4+ years of experience in artificial lift operations.
• Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Under broad direction, performs Artificial Lift (AL) installations and pulls, checks, and troubleshooting.
• Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel on AL handling.

• Tests, splices, and repairs cable; assists in service center operations.
• Prepares paperwork including IFTA reports and hours/mileage.
• Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.
• Promotes safety and environmental consciousness; follows procedures.
• Ensures HSE regulation compliance.
• Trains and mentors lower level technicians at the well site.

• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Trains and mentors lower level technicians at the well site.
