Connecticut Renaissance, Inc. seeks a LYNC Service Specialist to connect youth with community resources and facilitate cognitive behavioral and life skill groups. The role emphasizes trauma- and culture-sensitive service delivery, with hours Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and rotating Saturdays.

The LYNC Service Specialist functions as a resource and intervention specialist to youth enrolled in the program by connecting youth to community resources and facilitating cognitive behavioral and life skill groups. As part of the LYNC team the service specialist will maintain a cultural, gender and trauma responsive approach to all services offered.
The hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm with two late night being 11am to 7pm. There is a rotating Saturday (approximately every 6-8 weeks) from 8:30am to 12pm.
