Opensity Solutions seeks a Service Specialist in Kansas City, MO to provide mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities support for our clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and physical ability to lift 40 lbs and handle packages with a cart.

You will work in a team-driven environment, ensuring rooms and conference areas are clean, stocked, and ready, while coordinating supplies and basic office services per client agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer service field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Reception: answer calls, route to appropriate person, greet visitors.
• Hospitality Services: coordinate and upkeep client conference rooms, guest offices, common areas, and kitchens.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services: may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning, and liaison with client contacts about building/equipment issues.

A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support services to our clients and may include digital mail, print/copy/scan, hospitality, shipping and receiving, or other services defined or outlined in Opensity’s service agreement with the client.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule (this includes digital mail procedures)* Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions* Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, and greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner* Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, guest offices, common areas, and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies.
