Service Shuttle Driver - Cadillac Buick GMC

We are seeking a professional Service Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is essential to providing exceptional service to our guests by offering safe, reliable transportation to their destinations. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor that makes our guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Safely and courteously transport service guests to their designated destinations
• Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle at all times
• Engage guests in friendly conversation and provide a welcoming experience during their ride
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist guests with loading/unloading when necessary
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Schedule

Monday – Friday, Full-Time. 40 hours per week (hours to be determined based on operational needs)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming personality

Summary

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.

Full-time team members are eligible after a provisional period.
