Job summary

Bachman Subaru in Louisville, KY is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers to their home or office while their vehicle is serviced. You will communicate customer needs to the Service Manager and use our tech stack (CDK, Microsoft 365, Teams) as part of daily tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well in person and on the phone, and holds a valid driver’s license with acceptable records. This role supports service operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team.
• Good communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Comfortable with company technologies including CDK, Microsoft 365 and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to their home or office while their vehicle is serviced, ensuring a positive experience.
• Informs the Service Manager of any customer concerns to improve service quality.

Shuttle Driver Description

Enhances the service customers positive experience by safely taking them to their home/office while their automobile is being serviced and informs the Service Manager of any customer concerns.

Qualifications: The ideal Shuttle Driver is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team

They should be a good communicator, both in person and on the phone.

Our company uses many different technologies and our Shuttle Drivers are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Microsoft 365 and Teams.

This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
