Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans the service and shop bay areas.
• Helps track trucks and vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and damage.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive and shop area.
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business or delivers vehicles to guests as needed.
• Uses good judgment and drives safely.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership team.
• Cleans service waiting area.
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles.
• Moves replaced parts to be recycled or returned to parts department.
• Maintains equipment by performing required maintenance on lift systems and tools.
• Maintains a professional discretion.
• Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor).
• Keeps a friendly attitude while providing quality customer service.
