Job summary

Minot Automotive Company is seeking a friendly, energetic Service Department Business Development Center representative. You will be on the phones daily, answering inquiries, scheduling basic repairs and maintenance, and building positive relationships with guests.

You’ll learn about vehicle technology and dealership processes while working a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. Competitive wage.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role with strong customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with customer focus.
• Proficient computer skills and multi-program usage.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

In this awesome role, you will get to be a superhero to our guests by saving their vehicles from certain doom and gloom and just scheduling basic repairs and maintenance! You will get to learn about the latest and greatest vehicle technology. You'll also get to learn about the ins and outs of the dealership's exciting lifestyle! While being in this position means you will be on the phones all day, every day; you will get to learn about vehicles, maintenance intervals, and best part build relations with our guests!

Position is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling, this is a very important responsibility in this position

• Position is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays 10am - 7pm. Training shifts may vary.
