Job Title: Project Manager, Power Systems

Location: Kent, WA

Travel: up to 50%.

Commission Structure: 2.5% of gross profit

Contract Renewals Commission: 5% potential for each contract

As a Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a high-potential sales territory, growing our customer base, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. You’ll work with industry-leading products and services, collaborating with our expert team to help businesses power their operations efficiently and reliably.

*This is a remote position with travel up to 50% in the Seattle Metro area..

  • Develop New Business – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, inbound inquiries, cold calls, and market research.
  • Grow Customer Relationships – Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while re-engaging past customers for new business.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Understand customer needs and recommend the right power generation solutions for their applications.
  • Drive Sales Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to maximize growth potential in your territory.
  • Collaborate with Experts – Work closely with our Parts and Service Sales team to deliver exceptional service and technical support.
  • 5+ years of experience in the power generation industry (marine or industrial experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, parts, and systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an independent, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
