Pay Range

This range is provided by Up to Par Management, LLC. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $16.78/hr - $18.50/hr.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicles clean and organized
• Assist with dealer trades
• Wash sold vehicles
• Perform general maintenance on dealership property
• Conduct general cleaning on dealership property
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Ability to operate motor vehicles safely in tight and small spaces
• Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to maintain composure under stress
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Team player with a strong commitment to customers and colleagues
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond
• Willingness to multi-task
