Job summary

Williams Plumbing in Belgrade, MT seeks a seasoned sales professional to grow our plumbing/HVAC service portfolio. You’ll prospect, network, and deliver customer-driven solutions for maintenance and service opportunities, while building relationships with property and facility managers and other decision-makers.

You will present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure profitable delivery and sustainable account growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, or client relationship experience.
• Experience selling plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, facilities, construction, or other technical/services.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, negotiate, and close sales.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, pricing, profitability, and retention.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, with ability to build processes and opportunities independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

• Establish sales processes, reporting, and performance metrics to support growth.
