AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hardworking Service Route Driver in Warren, OH. You will load, drive, and deliver products to client locations, ensuring cold chain integrity and on-time service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with ability to promote products.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Load the company vehicle with products needed for servicing locations.
• Drive to client locations and deliver products and food items.
• Unload and place stock on shelves or in vending machines.
• Ensure refrigeration of cold food in truck and at accounts.
• Maintain inventory control and collect payments from machines.
• Interact positively with customers and AVI team members.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Service Route Driver.

This is a full-time position in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
