Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for leak repairs, small repair jobs, and maintenance for various commercial roof systems under the supervision of a Service foreperson.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders up to 25 feet high.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles is a plus.
• Two years of CentiMark roofing experience is a plus.
