What you will do in this role

  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
  • Use your automotive and digital product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Your qualifications
