Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking an entry-level Service Representative to assist customers with order-related transactions and inquiries in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Under the Branch Manager, you will input orders, process transactions at the register, and participate in rotating Saturday openings. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and a strong emphasis is placed on clear communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to input orders accurately and operate a cash register.
