Labcorp in Burlington, NC seeks a Service Representative/Courier to support daily specimen pickups and deliveries. This role requires careful handling of lab materials, safe vehicle operation, and adherence to schedules while collaborating with a dispatcher for additional pickups.

The position emphasizes punctuality, strong customer service, and attention to detail to maintain efficient logistics and on-time laboratory operations. Salary is commensurate with experience and benefits are provided.

LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Burlington, NC.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9:00pm to 5:30am, Saturday 5:30pm to 2:00am

Job Responsibilities:

• Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience, within a medical or laboratory company.

Additional Job Standards:

• Customer service experience
• Very punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• At least 21 years' old
