POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Repair Technician is responsible for repairing, reworking, testing, and upgrading designated complex internal and field returned robotic electro-mechanical assemblies while maintaining compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards. This role partners with many cross functional groups including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Failure Analysis, R&D, and the warehouse. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and determine a path to repair.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently and within the framework of a team. This position offers hands-on experience with innovative technologies and opportunities for long-term career development.
