The Apple Services Engineering team (ASE) powers the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books at a large scale, delivering entertainment in over 35 languages across 150+ countries. Our engineers develop secure, end-to-end solutions, including custom software, server-side systems, and APIs, with a focus on privacy and integration of hardware, software, and services.
The Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) role involves strategic engineering and hands-on work to configure, tune, and maintain multi-tiered systems for optimal performance, stability, and availability. Responsibilities include managing jobs and applications on bare-metal and cloud platforms, working with large-scale data processing to support Apple’s global products.
