Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Processing payments and closing repair orders in the service department
Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients
Answering and directing incoming service-related phone calls
Responding to voicemails and emails in a timely manner
Performing light clerical duties such as filing
Conducting follow-up calls with customers after service appointments
