Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate the quality of work against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. You will document quality issues and improvements for management review and assist in coaching and training staff.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of quality analysis experience. Locations include Minneapolis, Missouri, or Kansas, with 3+ in-office days per week.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description

Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

Will be in office 3+ day during the week.

Location: Minneapolis, Missouri, or Kansas

Basic Qualifications
  • - High school diploma or equivalent
  • - Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • - Extensive knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
  • - Advanced knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
  • - In-depth knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
  • - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • - Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
