A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for leading the Service Project Managers (SPM) team across Latin America within Gas Services (GS), Control & Digitalization (CD). The role oversees the planning, organization, coordination, and control of CD technical projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Lead the SPM team across LATAM.
Manage contractual relationships and obligations with customers.
Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
Prepare and monitor project status reports.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Monitor project progress against established schedules and budgets.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
Coordinate the integration and performance of internal and external suppliers as required.
Review and approve external supplier deliverables.

What You Bring

More than 5 years of experience in managing technical electrical projects and Control & Digitalization solutions for power generation equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control systems for power generation equipment.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Risk management expertise.
Effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in English
Preferred locations are Brazil (Jundiaí) or Mexico City; however, we are also open to candidates based in Argentina, Chile, or Peru.
