Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Service Project Manager/APM to oversee service projects across eastern Massachusetts, including tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, panel swaps, repairs, and small installs. You will quote, order materials, schedule electricians, and manage customer communications to close out jobs.

The role supports a 24/7 service operation with flexible territory and no on-call rotation for this seat. APM with commercial experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Project Manager or Assistant PM with an electrical contractor
• Commercial project experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable running multiple jobs and customers simultaneously

Job description

Our client is a family-owned commercial electrical contractor north of Boston, in business over 40 years. Their service department has more work coming in than people to run it, and they're adding a Service Project Manager. They'll also consider an APM with a few years of commercial experience who's ready to run their own work.

The job is running service projects across eastern Massachusetts. Tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, panel swaps, repairs, small installs. The customers are commercial buildings, schools, healthcare, and life science facilities. You quote the work, order the material, schedule the electricians, deal directly with the customer, and close the job out.

The territory is flexible based on where you live, nothing more than a couple hours of driving. The company runs a 24/7 service operation, but there's no on-call rotation for this seat.

What they're looking for:
