Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a dedicated team member to join our field service crew in Texas. You will inspect and treat homes, provide friendly, professional customer service, and help protect our customers with environmentally responsible products.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following a daily route and safety standards. No sales pressure; production-based pay opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
