Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in downtown Chicago is hiring a Service & Production Representative. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial dish machines at customer locations, and upsell and cross-sell products and services.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, and lifting up to 70 pounds. You may participate in an on-call rotation, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical position.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Be able to work on call after hours rotation of 4-6 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our commercial dish machines in customer locations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
• Mix and produce liquid soaps and sanitizers according to Auto-Chlor formulations and blending procedures.
• Ensure warehouse is clean and organized assisting with proper inventory of product.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.
