Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in downtown Chicago is hiring a Service & Production Representative to work independently, use hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining our commercial dish machines at customer locations, upselling products and services, collecting payments, and participating in an on-call rotation. Training is provided; a company cell phone and tools are supplied.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical position.
• Commitment to participate in on-call after-hours rotation (4–6 days/month).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial dish machines at customer sites.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Collect payments and follow up to ensure accounts are current.
• Mix and produce liquid soaps and sanitizers per Auto-Chlor formulations.

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Production Representative for our downtown Chicago location. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our commercial dish machines in customer locations.
• Up-sell and cross-selladditionalproducts and services to customers.
• Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
• Mixand produce liquid soaps and sanitizersaccording to Auto-Chlorformulations and blending procedures.
• Ensure warehouse is clean and organized assisting with proper inventory of product.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:
