Job summary

Dickson City Hyundai in Scranton, PA is seeking a dependable Service Porter to join our service team. This full-time role offers Monday-Friday shifts with no weekends and opportunities to work with a friendly, customer-focused team.

You will transport customers and vehicles, pick up and deliver service vehicles and parts, keep lots and shuttle vehicles clean, and support Service Advisors and Parts staff. No dealership experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• No previous dealership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
• Move, park, retrieve, and organize vehicles around the dealership.
• Provide customers with a safe, comfortable, and professional shuttle experience.
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts to vendors, suppliers, customers, and other locations as needed.
• Make sure deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on time.
• Represent Dickson City Hyundai professionally when interacting with customers and vendors.
• Help keep the service drive, parking areas, and vehicle areas organized.
• Assist Service Advisors and Parts Department staff when needed.
• Keep dealership shuttle vehicles clean and presentable.
• Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly.
• Help wherever needed to keep the Service & Parts Departments running smoothly.
