Job summary

AMF North Inc. is seeking a Service Porter to assist the Service Department with moving and preparing customer vehicles, maintaining an orderly service drive, and delivering vehicles to customers.

This role supports Service Advisors, Technicians, and other staff to ensure timely, safe, and professional handling of vehicles. The position requires moving vehicles, performing walk-arounds, keeping vehicles clean, reporting any damage, and following all dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely move and park vehicles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely around the dealership
• Retrieve customer vehicles when requested by Service Advisors
• Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly
• Assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up for customers
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and report damage or concerns
• Keep customer vehicles clean and organized while in the Service Department
• Check vehicles for personal belongings before moving or delivering them
• Assist with washing, vacuuming, fueling, and prep as directed
• Maintain clean and organized service drive and staging areas
• Follow dealership procedures for keys and vehicle security
• Maintain professional appearance and follow safety procedures
