SERVICE PORTER OLD TOWN TEMECULA HARLEY DAVIDSON

Do you love motorcycles? Would you love to work around them every day? If you answered yes to either then we are looking for you and so are our customers! Our service department needs a reliable and dependable person to assist them with the following duties:

1. Wash motorcycles ensuring they are cleaner than when the customer dropped them off.
2. FULLY COMPLETE Detail on all new and used motorcycles.
3. Assist Technicians with keeping the service department clean and organized.
4. Clean and maintain appearance of general facilities.
5. Assist Service Writers in bringing completed bikes out front to the customers.
6. Pick-up/Delivery of all Sales and Service bikes as needed.

Must have a valid motorcycle license and clean driving record.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

1. Greet external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
2. Handle requests quickly, and courteously.

Other Duties:

1. As assigned.

This position requires a focus on detail, some computer skills, and the ability to be on-call for two days a week.

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AND REQUIRES A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT.
