Shifts run Monday through Saturday with early start times; hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20. You will assist with vehicle movement, inventory, loaner fleet care, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep dealer premises clean, organized, and debris-free.
• Move and park vehicles on the lot as directed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain loaner vehicle fleet, including cleaning and refueling.
• Track keys and return to proper personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers on campus.
• Assist in maintaining the dealership's appearance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
