Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or automotive industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dealer premises are kept clean, organized, and free from debris at all times.
• Move and park vehicles on the lot as directed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist in maintaining the dealership's fleet of loaner vehicles, including cleaning and refueling.
• Keep track of vehicle keys and ensure they are returned to the proper personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the campus.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance of the dealership.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
