Job summary

Olympia Subaru Kia in Olympia, WA is hiring a Service Porter to support our service team. This entry-level role offers growth into technician positions, service advising, and more, while delivering great customer service.

You will greet customers, safely move vehicles, wash and vacuum cars after service, maintain the service drive and lounge, and assist service advisors and technicians. Perks include employee pricing and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely move vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, or delivery area.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles after service completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, customer lounge, and porter areas.
• Help service advisors and technicians as needed with vehicle organization and transport.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of courtesy vehicles and assist with shuttle service as needed.
• Support overall service department operations through various tasks.
