Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Porter at Suburban Ford Romeo to help keep the service area running smoothly. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle arrivals, and move cars to proper spots in the lot while supporting service staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. A clean driving record is expected, with opportunities for growth and benefits in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly manner and assist them promptly.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats for service vehicles.
• Identify the service advisor and notify them of the customer’s arrival.
• Move vehicles from the service lane to their assigned spots in the lot.
• Retrieve vehicles from the lot when customers’ bills are paid or as directed.
• Keep the parking lot and work area clean and organized.
• Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming calls as needed.
• Help Shuttle driver when required.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
• Report safety or integrity concerns to management.
• Maintain a valid local driver’s license and report status changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
